Calvary was down one going into the bottom of the 7th inning. With Runners on first and third, Steve Lee delivered a walk off double to clear the bases, and win it for Calvary in dramatic fashion amidst the high winds and occasion drizzle.
NCPC Chicago 8 v. Calvary 7

NCPC Chicago against Calvary was up 7-6 going into the final inning where Calvary scored a run to tie the game. In the bottom of the 7th with a runner on 1st, Chad from NCPC delivered in the clutch with a hit to drive in the game winning run. Player of the game honors goes to Chad Pirotte.
NCPC Chicago 12 v. Bethel 7

With rain and tumultuous winds threatening, NCPC Chicago struck first with 7 in the 1st. Bethel countered with 6 runs in the 4th, but it was not enough as NCPC weathered both Bethel and the storms to win 12-7.
NCPC Burbs 18 v. Harvest 9

NCPC Burbs completed its 6th game of the season on Sunday defeating Harvest 18 to 9. Harvest led through the 3rd inning before NCPC Burbs pulled away with strong hitting capped by a couple of homeruns by their eldest (and slowest) players. Player of the game goes to the Harvest pitcher. He was one of the most consistent pitchers when it came to hitting the strike mat.
