Captains -
I hope you’ve all had a chance to play your first games by now. Remember to enter your scores into the spreadsheet after the games are completed. Also, we’ve made an update to the forfeit rule to give teams more time to notify their teams in case of a rescheduled game. The new rule: If a team needs to reschedule a previously confirmed game, the team must give a confirmed 48 hour notice to the other captain. If the team does not confirm the change with the other captain by Friday 2pm, the team will forfeit the game with the final score 28-0 (4 innings with 7 runs max) for the standings. Previously the rule was 24 hours but this does not give enough time for captains to contact their teams and change plans.
